Rise into Spring

As we move into spring nature comes to life. It is a time for detoxifying, vision, expansion and growth. Herbs and yoga can assist us in this process, so join me for this workshop to find out how. We will begin with a guided meditation, followed by a nature inspired Hatha flow. We will build a sequence connecting our body and breath, tuning into ourselves and moving our bodies both intuitively and consciously, finding freedom in movement. There will then be the opportunity to taste seasonal herbal teas with guided intuitive tea tasting. Offering us a chance to connect with the deep intuition that lies within us all, along with the healing power of the herbs that nature provides us. To close, Vicky will share a herbal medicine talk. This is an open level workshop, suitable for all levels.

The Herbalist yoga Workshop

Starting with a meditation, connecting to our body and breath. We will move into a sequence of yoga poses to create a fluid flow, dropping from our minds into our bodies; Allowing us to tune into the intuitive nature that lies within.

After a grounding shavasana, join me in a herbal tea tasting. Using our intuition, we will explore the properties of the herb, discovering the healing power it has for us.

I will then share my herbalist insights, with the opportunity to discuss and ask any questions

This series of holistic workshops will introduce a different herb each month, enabling us to embrace the healing power nature has to offer, combined with the benefits of Yoga for body and mind.

Walk on the Wild Side

Join me for a mindful walk immersed in nature where I will introduce you to some of my herby helpers. Along the way we will take moments to pause, meditate, practice pranayama (breathwork) and yoga amongst the trees.
